Le Rêve is French for ‘The Dream’, and was founded in 1988 by Phil and Jenny Hobby operating initially from their rented home in Sydney, Australia. With ten years experience in Direct Selling behind them, their dream was to create a business that would provide an outstanding opportunity for ordinary people to fulfill their own dreams, working with world class health and beauty products.

Terms & Condition

1) Prices are not negotiable

2) Colour of product may vary slightly due to lighting, so please enquire clearly on interested item. Strictly no refunds or exchanges allowed.

3) Postage fees are to be bared by buyers. Item price posted DOES NOT include postage fees yet.

4) Payment (maybank transfer) must be settled within 3 days upon reservation of an item. Item will be released to other buyers after 3 days. Therefore, only request for reservation if confirm buying. No backing out.

5) For confirmed buyers, only send in orders when you know you can make your payment within 24 hours after receiving our confirmation e-mail.

6) If you're not interested in the particular item of reservation already, do let us know A.S.A.P instead of just disappearing. A short note would do with/without reason.

On Payment & Postage

Payment
1) All payment is done via bank deposit to our Maybank berhad account or COD.
2) Do keep receipt or proof of payment at all times to avoid confusion.

Postage
1) Posting is done from monday to saturday.
2) Expect parcels to arrive within 2 working days, max 3 working days.
3) Once tracking number is provided, customers are responsible to keep track of their own parcel.
4) We will not be held responsible for any lost, delay or damages incured during shipping. Especially for cases where customers send in wrong or incomplete address.
